Lara is a CPA with over 20 years of experience. She began her accounting career working in various industries including oil and gas, construction, and fin-tech. Since 2010 she has worked in public practice, where she performed various duties for small and medium enterprises including bookkeeping, payroll, GST returns, corporate tax returns, CRA audit inquiries, and financial reporting and analysis.

In her spare time, Lara enjoys spending time with her husband and their three teenage children, skiing, hiking, and volunteering with a local animal rescue.
